Jagan Kumar takes India to podium in Japan
Upcoming Chennai based bike racer Jagan Kumar took Team India to a 3rd place finish at the FIM – Asia Cup of Road Racing Championship. Round 1 held in Sugo, Japan.
Jagan said : "Really i am not satisfied with this 3rd place. I want to improve my riding skills and in the next race i will try to get 1st for India. Race was heavy competition, other country riders are improved a lot, compare to last year."
Jagan took part in the Asia Cup last year in an one off ride with compatriot Sarath Kumar and this Jagan in hoping to do the full season with the support of FMSCI.
Jagan continued "FMSCI gave this opportunity to me, so i thank FMSCI. Upcoming rounds for this championship will be in Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand. In this situation (round1) i could only do this , from next round i will do my best."
The next round will be in Taiwan.
