Held at the iconic Buddh International Circuit, you will learn the perfect interplay between man and machine with dynamically constructed modules, race–tested instructors and incredible AMG cars. This first–of–its–kind academy enables you to take complete control of your vehicles, from high speed driving to active safety handling, with special events held at regular intervals to test your skills and more.

Levels/Events

Because we were all not made equal, the AMG Driving Academy offers a course that is as individual as you. Sign up for a training program that matches your skill level and get ready for AMG Driving Academy events that range from sporty lifestyle events with like–minded people to challenging race track training across 6 skill levels.

Basic Training

At the BASIC Training course, you build the ideal foundations for the safe and masterful use of an AMG Mercedes with its range of features for increased safety and better enjoyment of driving. In theoretical and practical training units, professional instructors will guide you how to better exploit your driving potential and that of your vehicle in the future. Upon successful completion of the BASIC Training course, you will be certified by the AMG Driving Academy. We provide you with a selection of AMG vehicles for each training unit at the Buddh International Circuit. With the fundamental theory work, you will learn everything about the interaction between driver and vehicle during the basic training provided by our competent instructors – with slaloming, lane changing, braking or oversteer and understeer. After the training, you can live your passion for sporty driving on the handling course with the guided drives. A ride as a co–driver in the AMG Racing Taxi really gives you top–class thrill.

Advanced Training

For two days your world will revolve around legendary race tracks. Under professional instruction, you will be trained in an AMG Mercedes provided for you or, in your own or in a rented vehicle. During this intensive racetrack training course, you will learn to control the limits of AMG vehicles in any situation. And a ride in the AMG Racing Taxi is guaranteed to quicken the pulse. All power units in AMG Mercedes are designed for high performance. You will learn how to make use of and master these on the racetrack. You will also increase your driving skills, spurred on by your own ambitions. Data recording and video analysis will reveal how and when you need to refine the interplay between man and machine still further. Metre for metre. From corner entry to corner exit. Meticulous and precise. Just like how the training units are put together. This ADVANCED training is available in Germany at the moment and will be launched in India this year.

Pro–Training – Red Bull Ring

Pro–training brings you the ability to train like professionals with a highly specialized driving training program on a legendary racetrack. Conducted over two–and–a–half days at the Red Bull Ring, this track is no stranger to racing aficionados. Experienced racing instructors use a slew of data and video recording systems to ensure your performance is honed to perfection. Get up to speed in terms of safety and driving abilities just like the professionals do.

Masters SLS AMG GT3

Think you have what it takes to take the chequered flag? The new, modular Skill Level MASTERS is your ticket to just that. Realise your ambition of training to become a private racing driver with the pure fascination of racing in a SLS AMG. This event includes an introduction, guided laps in the SLS AMG and the SLS AMG GT3 as well as a breath–taking ride in the Racing Taxi. The penultimate thrill is the ability to write your own racing history by participating in the SLS AMG GT3 COMPETITION 2013.
