Meco Motorsports Pvt Ltd completes multiple Training Programs for young Karters and Young Racing Drivers spread across the Country in December 2012 and January 2013. 

The Meco Motorsports Karting & Racing Academy headed by none other than India´s First Formula 2 Driver, Akbar Ebrahim, conducted workshops in Hyderabad at both its Karting Tracks where more than 40 young karters attended the two programs at The Kart Center – Lahari Resorts and MMS–Kartainment Kart Track – Shamshabad.

The Meco Motorsports Racing Academy completed 2 programs in December and January in the F4 Cars with 30 race drivers from all over India in attendance.

Meco Racing Academy has now tied up with VW POLO who have supported the Academy with 6 VW Polo Cup Cars. This new venture was launched in January 2013 and 2 Full programs have been completed for the interested new VW POLO Cup drivers from all over India.

Meco Motorsports have now introduced the Physio, Fitness, Nutrition and Sports Psychology programs to its Academies and Racing and Karting Teams. The Fitness and Physio Programs are under the Guidance of Ramji Srinivasan, Chief Fitness Trainer for the Indian Cricket Team, A1 GP Team India, Narain Karthekeyan and Armaan Ebrahim. In addition, Indian Sports Psychologist based in the USA, Badri Naraynan has come on board to assist the young karting and racing drivers. 

Meco Racing has also formally now confirmed its participation as the 1st Indian Racing Team in the Formula Masters Championship in Asia starting from April 2013. Drivers Raj Bharath and Mihir Chadda have confirmed their participation with the Team for the Full Championship.

Meco Motorsports Racing Academy – F4 :

March 22–24 :     KMS Race Track – Coimbatore
April   13–14 :     KMS Race Track – Coimbatore
