Rajini wins both races followed by Deepak in Losail Asian Road Racing Series

The boys from Chennai, Rajini Krishnan and Deepak Ravikumar ruled the track of Losail in Qatar in the LARRS 600cc class. Rajini qualified on pole on Friday followed by Deepak in 2nd going quicker than some of the superbikes.

As expected Rajini, the fastest Indian on 2wheels won both Race 1 and Race 2 on Saturday. Deepak Ravikumar came second in both races too in the LARRS 600 class. 

Rajini Krishnan commented after his win "Thanks every body for all your support . This year started with a good note, I am very thrilled that I am the 1 st Indian rider to finish 1st in both races in the first round of the lossail Asia road racing series."

Deepak Ravikumar was exalted with his first International podium and commented "Finished 2nd in both the races in gods will..my 1st international podium finish..happy to get trophy on the MOTO GP podium stage hearing national anthem on the back"

It also has to be noted that another Indian rider namely Surya Raja also participated in the Superbikes category and finished 14th.
