Meco Motorsports is proud to announce its association with Physical Fitness Coach, Mr Ramji Srinivasan popularly known as Ramji.

Wed, 11 Jul 2012: Ramji and his Team will work together with the Meco Motorsports - JK Tyres Karting & Racing Academies, Meco Racing - Karting & Racing Teams and the JK Tyre National Rotax Max Karting Championship.

Ramji has had a very successful track record in the field of Physical Fitness and has achieved many accolades over the years and a few of them are listed below :

* Chief Fitness Coach - MRF Pace Foundation
* Chief Fitness Coach - Tamil Nadu Ranji Trophy Team
* Chief Fitness Coach - A1 GP Team India
* Personal Fitness Coach for Narain Karthekeyan and Armaan Ebrahim
* Chief Fitness Coach - Mumbai Indians - IPL T20.
* Current Chief Fitness Coach with the BCCI - Indian Cricket Team

Meco Motorsports - JK Tyre Karting & Racing Academies:
Ramji and Team will now come on board for all the Meco Motorsports Karting and Racing Academies Level 1 and Level 2 Programs. The subjects that they will deal with in the Academy are as under :

* Physiological Assessment
* Medical Examination
* Fitness Assessment
* Nutritional Guidance
* Fitness Recovery & Planning
* Psychological Assessment & Aspects

A detailed report will also be given to each participant at the end of the 3 Day Karting/Racing Program. Post this, karters and racing drivers can choose the option of enrolling in the MMS Fitness Clinic headed by Ramji which will have 3 types of programs on board which are :

Quarter Year Fitness Program
Half Year Fitness Program
Full Year Fitness Program

Meco Racing Team - Karting & Racing
Meco Racing will now have its own Fitness Trainer and Physio for its Team drivers during all National Karting and Racing Championships. Thus drivers driving for Meco Racing will come under the complete supervision of the 2 experts from the morning till the evening of the 4 days of the race weekend.

JK Tyre National Rotax Max Karting Championship:
Ramji and Team will now provide our JKNRMC Championship with a renowned Sports Doctor who will be present from the Friday to the Sunday of all the JKNRMC Events and his services will be available to all Teams and drivers participating in the JKNRMC. This is just not for hose who get into minor accidents, but for all drivers who have fatigue or stiffness or muscle pulls and strains. This service is being provided to one and all, courtesy JK Tyres and MMS. Our Sports medicine Doctor will be independent of the Trauma Care Doctor who will be present for the Event along with the Ambulance.
