Marc Marquez grabs flawless pole at Indianapolis

Reigning World Champion Marc Marquez continued his dominance at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to make it three pole positions in a row at the legendary circuit. The Repsol Honda rider instantly broke the 1´32 barrier in his first run in Q2 by clocking 1’31.884 which secured his pole. None of the other riders were able to break the 1´32 barrier and the closest to Marquez was his team mate Dani Pedrosa who was 0.171secs down. Yamaha´s Jorge Lorenzo grabbed the final front row spot bettering his team mate Valentino Rossi who is down in 8th position after being 3rd in much of the session.

Cal Crutchlow in the LCR Honda starts in second row alongside Danilo Petrucci and Bradley Smith while Iannone, Rossi and Maverick Vinales are in the 3rd row. Ducati´s Andrea Dovizioso starts in fourth row ahead Pol Easpargaro and Aleix Espargaro. 

Marquez looks strong and dominant to take victory in the race as he has done so in post 2years and now with bike going back to the 2015, the Honda pair looks unstoppable also with Pedrosa close by. Jorge Lorenzo is all set to take the championship lead from team mate Valentino Rossi who is struggling with the setup as usual.
